Join Al-Manara Electric Trad Co as a Production Supervisor!
At Al-Manara Electric Trad, a leader in the electrical trading sector since 1987, we are committed to customer satisfaction and product excellence. We are looking for a skilled Production Supervisor to manage our daily production operations in Riyadh.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production processes and ensure adherence to production schedules.
Monitor product quality and implement improvements when necessary.
Coordinate with production teams to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Lead, train, and evaluate production staff to ensure peak performance.
Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
Identify and resolve operational issues proactively.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the production process.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar production supervisory role.
Experience in electrical or manufacturing industries preferred.
Solid knowledge of production planning, quality control, and Lean/5S principles.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production tracking tools.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
