This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring their reservation needs are met with professionalism and care.

Position Summary:
You will be responsible for processing all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received via phone, fax, or mail. Your ability to identify guest reservation needs and determine the appropriate room type will be crucial. You will verify availability, explain guarantee and cancellation policies, and accommodate special requests from guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process reservations and handle changes or cancellations promptly.
• Identify guest needs and specify appropriate room types.
• Communicate room availability, rates, and policies clearly.
• Utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Provide excellent service and respond to guest inquiries professionally.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• No prior work experience required.
• No supervisory experience necessary.
• No specific license or certification required.
