- Demonstrating knowledge of hotel services and adhering to health and safety regulations.
You should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with:
- Previous experience in a customer-focused role.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Competence in IT and cash handling will be advantageous.
