We are a leading Saudi company specializing in manufacturing and marketing various packaging solutions. We invite passionate individuals to become part of our dynamic sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Sell a diverse range of company products to assigned customers.
- Ensure proper implementation of planogram in assigned areas.
- Issue special order requests as necessary.
- Collect invoices following the company’s aging policy.
- Prepare all necessary documents for call cycles or business reviews.
- Identify and report new customers in the area to the team leader.
- Process customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the sales team leader.
- Document and present customer orders and daily collections to the team leader.
- Manage return forms for defective products and seek approvals when necessary.
- Conduct quarterly customer account reconciliations and obtain customer signatures.
- Perform inventory checks at every visit, covering warehouses and shelves.
Qualifications:
- Minimum High School degree.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
