Key Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare all pastry items as required by the business.
- Plan and develop a menu of desserts and pastries to complement savory offerings.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment at all times.
- Oversee and train junior pastry cooks and kitchen staff as needed.
- Carry out administrative tasks to ensure an efficient workspace.
- Stay updated on pastry trends, techniques, and ingredients.
- Possess Gulf experience is preferred.
