Join Our Team as a Barista at Amas Coast!

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate is friendly, customer-focused, and has a strong knowledge of coffee preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty drinks.
Ensure consistency and quality in drink preparation and presentation.
Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and answer questions about the menu.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, equipment, and seating areas.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and promptly.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
