Join KRAIV as a Head Waiter!
We are seeking a dedicated Head Waiter to oversee and manage our dining operations in Jeddah. In this full-time, on-site role, you will ensure exceptional customer service and uphold high standards in food and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise dining operations and staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and manage guest inquiries and complaints.
Coordinate with the kitchen team and manage table assignments.
Assist in training team members.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area.

Qualifications:

Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations.
Basic cooking knowledge is a plus.
Proven leadership skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
