• Perform all necessary tasks to service Food & Beverage according to the hotel's performance standards.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the Food & Beverage menu to assist and advise guests.
• Consistently monitor the quality of Food & Beverage being served.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and service equipment.
• Prepare for all service operations before, during, and after the service.
• Use up-selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a waiter in a restaurant setting.

• Strong communication abilities in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Detailed understanding of food and beverage service techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and credit transactions.
• Ability to memorize menu items and daily specials.
• Attention to detail in maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Knowledge of local cuisine and customs is advantageous.
• Adaptability to changing situations and ability to multitask efficiently.
