Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong understanding of our menu and food preparation methods.
- Make thoughtful suggestions for menu selections to guests.
- Take and serve orders with exceptional care and enthusiasm.
- Create 'wow' moments by delighting our guests.
- Prepare the restaurant for service, ensuring a seamless operation.
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen team for timely service.
- Manage billing accurately and efficiently.
- Adhere to Shangri-La's Food Safety Processes and Procedures.
- Support your team and contribute to the success of the Food & Beverage outlet.
Requirements:
- Excellent conversational skills to engage with guests.
- Strong command of English.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a waiter in 5-star hotels.
