الوصف الوظيفي: نحن نبحث عن مدقق تذاكر للانضمام إلى فريقنا في شركة الواجهات الغربية للمقاولات. ستتولى مسؤولية فحص صلاحية تذاكر الركاب أثناء الرحلة وفي المحطات، ومراقبة تذاكر السفر وإصدار عقوبات للمخالفين.

الواجبات والمهام الرئيسية:
  • فحص صلاحية التذاكر أثناء الرحلة وفي المحطات.
  • إرسال إشعارات المخالفات وجمع الغرامات المفروضة.
  • تقديم الاستشهادات التي تثبت انتهاك القانون واستكمال كل ما يلزم من تقارير.
  • الاتصال بالشرطة في حال رفض المخالفين تقديم وثيقة لإثبات شخصياتهم.
  • تزويد الركاب بالمعلومات حول مواعيد الرحلات.
  • اتباع سياسات وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.

المؤهلات: يجب أن يكون لديك بكاليوس في اللغة العربية أو مجال ذي صلة.

الخبرة المطلوبة: 1 سنة خبرة.

المهارات: تحتاج إلى مهارات متقدمة في حركة مرور الركاب، نقل الركاب، تعليمات السلامة، مبيعات التذاكر، التحقق من تذاكر الركاب، الإبلاغ عن الأخطاء، الصحة والسلامة، مساعدة الركاب ومراقبة إصدار التذاكر.
