As a leading company in the distribution, manufacturing, and retail sectors within the Middle East, we are seeking a talented Recruitment Specialist to support our HR team in managing end-to-end recruitment and training activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute recruitment activities in accordance with the approved recruitment plan and budget.
Source qualified candidates through various online and professional recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
Prepare job offers, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
Communicate regularly with candidates and provide updates throughout the hiring process.
Support onboarding activities and maintain accurate training records.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken, written, reading).
Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Role Overview
This is a temporary, on-site role focusing on the recruitment of qualified medical staff for the Hajj season. The Recruitment Specialist will play a key part in sourcing and deploying healthcare professionals vital for Hajj medical missions.

Key Responsibilities

Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals (*, nurses, physicians, allied health) for Hajj missions
Manage high-volume recruitment processes within tight deadlines
Conduct screening, interviews, and candidate evaluations
Coordinate onboarding and deployment of selected candidates
Ensure compliance with regulatory and credentialing requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to identify staffing needs for the Hajj season
Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports

Qualifications

Proven experience in healthcare recruitment or mass hiring campaigns
Strong ability to manage recruitment under pressure and tight deadlines
Experience in seasonal staffing or Hajj projects is highly preferred
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and healthcare regulations is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
