Main Responsibilities:
- Build and develop HR processes from recruitment to termination.
- Manage government platforms and ensure compliance with Saudi labor law.
- Support teams in documenting processes and ensuring procedural flow.
- Knowledge of Saudi labor law and governmental platforms.
- Experience with task management tools like ClickUp or similar.
- Ability to adapt to various HR systems.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and others.
- High precision in execution.
- Commitment to deadlines and clear communication.
- A genuine desire for continuous learning and development.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in the HR field.
