Responsibilities:- Assist with the recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and reference checks.
- Facilitate onboarding for new hires with orientation sessions and paperwork.
- Administer employee benefits and respond to inquiries regarding programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements.
- Support employee relations by assisting in conflict resolution and workplace concerns.
- Manage performance reviews and assist in employee leave requests.
- Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback for improvement.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Prepare HR reports for management review.
Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:Minimum of 2-3 years in human resources or a related role with proven experience in HR functions.
