We are seeking a dedicated Barista to maintain our beverage section in a clean and organized manner while serving our clients with enthusiasm. In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing requisitions for bar products and daily stock control to avoid shortages.
  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the beverage area and your appearance.
  • Filling fridges with fresh products on a daily basis, such as juices and decoration items.
  • Serving beverages during service hours while showcasing knowledge of special drinks and cocktails.
  • Creating an exciting beverage menu that attracts our customers.
  • Keeping all utensils clean and shining at all times.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks and specialty coffees.
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
  • Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Assist in managing inventory and placing orders for coffee beans and supplies.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Stay updated on coffee trends and participate in ongoing training to enhance skills.
  • Educate customers about different coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
  • Assist in opening and closing procedures of the coffee shop.

Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food and beverage role, preferably as a barista.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, including espresso-based drinks and alternative brewing methods.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in operating POS systems and handling cash transactions.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Basic Arabic language skills preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

نبحث عن موظف/ـة يتولى إدارة جميع قنوات التواصل الخاصة بمشاريعنا (محلات المرجان للمجوهرات، برلنت، والفندق).

المهام تشمل:


  • إدارة ونشر المحتوى على حسابات التواصل الاجتماعي (إنستجرام، تيك توك، تويتر، سناب شات).
  • التنسيق مع فريق العمل لتجهيز العروض والحملات الإعلانية.
  • استقبال استفسارات العملاء عبر الواتساب والبريد والرسائل والرد عليها باحترافية.
  • التنسيق مع المصممين والمصورين لإنتاج محتوى إبداعي.
  • إعداد تقارير دورية (أسبوعية وشهرية) لقياس النتائج والتفاعل.
  • المساهمة في تطوير استراتيجيات التسويق والتواصل.



ساعات العمل:

دوام جزئي / كامل – مرن (عن بُعد أو حضوري حسب الحاجة).


الأيام:

6 أيام عمل بالأسبوع – يوم راحة.
