- Assist in onboarding processes and handle user account management.

- Monitor and address network connectivity issues and security incidents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in corporate settings.
- Familiarity with ITSM, ITIL processes, and ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, networking, and security systems.
