Job Purpose: You will oversee the company's financial management, ensuring efficient financial performance according to best accounting and financial practices while supporting strategic decision-making and achieving sustainable growth.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial plans and strategies aligned with company goals.
- Enhance financial policies and procedures ensuring compliance.
- Prepare annual budgets and periodic financial reports, analyzing variances.
- Manage cash flows, ensuring liquidity to meet company obligations.
- Supervise accounting operations, preparing financial statements in accordance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS).
- Evaluate and analyze real estate or contracting project performance from a financial perspective.
- Conduct feasibility studies and analyze investment returns for new projects.
- Coordinate with external auditors and governmental agencies (*, taxation).
- Monitor project costs, ensuring adherence to approved budgets.
- Provide financial reports and analyses for top management to support decision-making.
- Lead the financial team, developing their professional capabilities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with professional certifications (CPA, CMA, CFA) preferred.
- At least 10 years of financial experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a Financial Manager position.
- Practical experience in contracting or real estate development is a strong advantage.
- Advanced knowledge of financial and accounting systems (*, ERP – SAP, Oracle).
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, cost management, and taxes.
- Excellent financial analysis and strategic planning abilities.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
