Join Our Team as a Sales Manager!
We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic Sales professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

Your Responsibilities:

Implement and execute all sales action plans to reach and exceed targets.
Ensure comprehensive coverage of accounts for effective client servicing.
Establish prices and negotiate with customers for transient and group business.
Promote sales leads for Rotana within designated areas.
Provide feedback on marketing conditions and competition.
Maintain files of major accounts and assist in account management.
Maximize upselling opportunities during negotiations.

Qualifications:

A degree in sales with a minimum of two years of post-graduate experience, ideally within the hotel industry.
Computer literate with excellent presentation skills.
Proficient in English; additional languages are an asset.

تتبع وتحليل وعرض مقاييس المبيعات لتحقيق أو تجاوز أهداف الإيرادات.

المؤهلات:

درجة البكالوريوس مطلوبة، مع شهادة IFCE.
الطلاقة في الإنجليزية والعربية، شفهياً وكتابياً.
510 سنوات من الخبرة في سوق الصحة والمنافع ووساطة التأمين.
سجل حافل في الحصول على عملاء جدد في قطاعات السوق الكبيرة والمتوسطة.
مهارات استثنائية في بناء العلاقات والتواصل.

We are a major food distribution company operating within Saudi Arabia, known for our robust distribution network and extensive experience in the sector. We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to lead our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement monthly and annual sales plans in alignment with company goals.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve specified performance indicators.
Supervise sales operations and enhance communication mechanisms with clients.
Analyze markets and competitors, providing reports and recommendations to upper management.
Develop the customer base and expand the target market.
Monitor daily sales performance, identify gaps, and take corrective actions.
Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, distribution, and customer service to ensure integrated efforts.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
