Role Overview
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be instrumental in managing administrative duties with a high degree of proficiency and discretion. Your role will encompass everything from coordinating travel arrangements to preparing expense reports and managing correspondence. Your ability to foresee potential issues and adapt quickly to changing priorities will be key to enhancing our team's efficiency and organization.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience and an associate degree or related technical training (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project administration skills are essential for this position. Experience working in project environments, especially on remote sites, is desirable.

- Compile conference notes and distribute meeting minutes.
- Maintain accuracy in document management and follow up with stakeholders.
