Join Sebsco as a Sales Assistant and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to serving the Oil & Gas, Energy, and Industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, qualify, and develop EPC project leads within varied sectors across Saudi Arabia.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, EPC contractors, consultants, and procurement teams.
  • Manage the full sales cycle including lead generation, RFQ/RFP handling, proposal submission, and contract award.
  • Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure accurate proposals.
  • Support project kickoff and delivery by ensuring scope clarity and stakeholder coordination.
  • Track opportunities and maintain accurate sales reporting with ERP/CRM systems.
  • Conduct market intelligence and share actionable insights.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi regulations.

Requirements (Must-Have):
  • 2-4 years of sales/business development experience in EPC projects.
  • Experience in the Saudi market (client-facing or tender exposure).
  • Valid Saudi driving license and readiness for frequent travel.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Proven ability to manage proposals and negotiations.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred / Advantage:
  • Experience with major companies like Saudi Aramco and SABIC.
  • Familiarity with construction project sales.
  • Understanding of contract basics.

Location: Saudi Arabia (site visits as required)
Travel: Frequent within KSA
