Join Accor as a Housekeeping Supervisor!
As a key member of our team at Novotel, you will play a vital role in upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation within the hotel. This position requires an individual who is not only detail-oriented but also has a strong passion for guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of assigned guestroom floors and public areas.
Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
Guide Room Attendants and Housemen in maintaining quality and efficiency.
Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure special instructions are followed.
Train and support housekeeping staff in health, safety, and grooming standards.
Monitor stock levels of linen and cleaning supplies.
Report maintenance issues and coordinate with relevant departments.

Qualifications:

2–3 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel, with supervisory experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and hygiene standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

At Hilton, we are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Floor Supervisor to uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. As part of our team, you will ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel, contributing significantly to guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Allocate work duties to Team Members.
Perform routine inspections of all check-out rooms and spot checks of occupied rooms.
Report and follow up on maintenance defects or issues.
Inspect service areas, storage rooms, and corridors regularly.
Schedule and supervise deep cleaning and additional projects.
Manage and train Room Attendants to meet performance standards.
Efficiently manage stock control and equipment maintenance.
Provide excellent guest service, including special requirements for VIP guests.
Ensure adherence to Hilton's brand standards at all times.
