At Ajdan Real Estate Development Company, located in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to provide critical financial insights and strategic recommendations that contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management.
Evaluate investment opportunities through thorough due diligence.
Monitor financial performance against benchmarks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial strategies.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain thorough documentation.

Desired Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in real estate.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.

نظرة عامة على الدور
كأخصائي مالي أول، ستلعب دورًا حاسمًا في واحدة أو أكثر من العمليات الأساسية المالية، وتقديم الأنشطة لعملاء PwC. ستعمل كجزء من فريق من حل المشكلات، معالجًا قضايا الأعمال المعقدة من الاستراتيجية إلى التنفيذ.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

الحسابات الدائنة: ضمان الدقة في البيانات المالية، إدارة السجلات المالية الشهرية، المساعدة في قضايا A/P، مراجعة ومعالجة الفواتير، حل استفسارات البائعين، فرض سياسات الامتثال الداخلية، وإجراء تدقيقات داخلية يومية.
من الطلب إلى النقد: إدارة تسويات النقد، المتابعة في تسويات بطاقات الائتمان، حل نزاعات العملاء، والتعامل مع مكالمات التحصيل.

ما الذي ستجلبه

3-6 سنوات من الخبرة المهنية في المالية أو المحاسبة، ويفضل أن تكون في الشرق الأوسط.
درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو إدارة الأعمال/الإدارة أو ما يعادلها؛ الشهادات ذات الصلة مثل ACA، ACCA تعتبر ميزة.
إجادة في عمليات المالية/المحاسبة وأنظمة ERP (مثل SAP).
مهارات اتصال ممتازة بالإنجليزية والعربية مفضلة.
الاستعداد للسفر بنسبة 100% داخل المملكة العربية السعودية.
