Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service, fully adhering to hotel standards and procedures.
- Utilize appropriate materials and equipment for smooth butler service operations.
- Greet and escort guests with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Manage guest complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain close communication with guests, anticipating their needs.
- Oversee and prepare the pre-assigned room as per guest preferences.
- Perform concierge tasks including restaurant bookings and in-room service requests.
- Ensure a perfect upkeep of guest rooms and manage departures professionally.
- Attend daily briefings and update guest profiles with preferences.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in English (verbal and written).
- Experience with Hotel Property Management Systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
- Ability to perform in high-stress situations with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
