Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional guest service, fully adhering to hotel standards and procedures.
• Utilize appropriate materials and equipment for smooth butler service operations.
• Greet and escort guests with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Manage guest complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain close communication with guests, anticipating their needs.
• Oversee and prepare the pre-assigned room as per guest preferences.
• Perform concierge tasks including restaurant bookings and in-room service requests.
• Ensure a perfect upkeep of guest rooms and manage departures professionally.
• Attend daily briefings and update guest profiles with preferences.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in English (verbal and written).
• Experience with Hotel Property Management Systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
