We are looking for a talented individual to be part of Integrated Personnel Services Limited based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This role is crucial for driving our business development efforts and managing client relationships in the recruitment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Manage and nurture client relationships to gain repeat business.
- Oversee overseas recruitment and visa processing for various nationalities.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders in both English and Arabic.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years experience in Manpower Recruitment/Staffing Sales.
- Strong expertise in overseas recruitment processes.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience in the Saudi market is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BMA or equivalent).
