As a Fire Sales Engineer, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of fire safety solutions across Saudi Arabia. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and executing sales strategies for fire alarm and suppression systems.
Engaging with clients using a consultative selling approach to meet their unique needs.
Collaborating with teams across Siemens to promote integrated solutions.
Identifying and influencing early-stage projects with key stakeholders.

Your Qualifications and Skills – Digital and Solid!
The ideal candidate will have:

An engineering bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
5-7 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in fire alarm systems.
A solid understanding of the Saudi market and its key players.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

We are REDA Hazard Control, a leading provider of systems and services related to fire, safety, security, and environmental needs. Our expertise lies in offering a full spectrum of end-to-end solutions for process and hazard control.

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and well-organized Sales Engineer with a strong leadership background and solid knowledge of process equipment in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, and Mining industries. Your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining records of all Industrial projects and related EPCs.
Regular updates to the Business Unit Manager.
Achieving agreed annual sales targets.
Developing sales opportunities and coordinating with various business lines.
Registering with key clients and promoting sales and services.
Implementing a 5-year growth strategy.
Building good networks with required OEMs.
Analyzing costs and techno-commercial proposals.
Identifying market conditions and collaborative opportunities.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
7-10 years of experience in Saudi Arabia in selling Process/Filtration Equipment.
Strong sales and marketing skills combined with self-initiative.
Experience in building and managing a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
