About the Job:
At Belden, we are committed to fostering a diverse team of innovative individuals. We invite you to join us as a Business Development Manager focused on major hospitality and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with key consultants and design firms to influence specifications before RFQs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Identify mega projects to feed into the commercial pipeline.

Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in commercial roles, particularly in consultant engagement and specification selling.
- Experience in medium-to-large international organizations.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English and a second relevant language.
