Yanama Trading Company, a leading supplier in electrical and oil field support services, is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join our team in Dammam. Qualifications:

Proven sales and sales engineering skills with a strong track record in achieving sales targets.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent qualification.
Proficiency in both English and Arabic preferred.
Prior experience in oil field, electrical, or mechanical supply industries is an advantage.

Role Overview
Location: Riyadh & Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineers / Sales Executives to join our team. If you are passionate about engineering, construction innovation, and client success — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell innovative building material solutions to clients and contractors.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Navigate approval processes with consultants and authorities for project specifications.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain product features and benefits.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and project pipelines to achieve company targets.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in building materials, precast, construction chemicals, insulation systems, waterproofing, façade solutions, lightweight construction technologies, or concrete admixtures.
Strong knowledge of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) applications is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve targets and deliver results.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
Team player with a proven sales track record.

هدف الوظيفة
سيكون مهندس المبيعات – HVAC مسؤولاً عن تحديد فرص العمل الجديدة، وإدارة علاقات العملاء، والترويج لمنتجات HVAC مثل الملفات، والمبادل الحراري، والمكثفات، والمبخرات، والأنظمة ذات الصلة. المعرفة الفنية القوية في أنظمة HVAC مع خبرة مبيعات مثبتة أمر ضروري للنجاح في هذا الدور.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

توليد فرص جديدة للمبيعات وتطوير علاقات قوية مع المقاولين، والمستشارين، والمصنعين الأصليين، والمستخدمين النهائيين.
الترويج وبيع منتجات HVAC بما في ذلك الملفات، والمبادلات الحرارية، ووحدات معالجة الهواء، ووحدات مناولة الهواء، ووحدات التبريد، والمبردات.
إجراء زيارات ميدانية لفهم متطلبات العملاء وتقديم حلول تقنية مناسبة.
إعداد وتقديم عروض فنية تجارية، وعروض أسعار، وعروض تقديمية للمنتجات.
تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية.
التنسيق مع فريق الهندسة والإنتاج للحصول على توضيحات فنية.
مراقبة المشاريع الجارية وضمان تنفيذ الطلبات بسلاسة حتى التسليم.
الحفاظ على معرفة محدثة باتجاهات الصناعة وأنشطة المنافسين وأسعار السوق.
تقديم الدعم بعد البيع لضمان رضا العملاء.

المتطلبات
المؤهلات والخبرة

درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو ما يعادلها.
3-7 سنوات من الخبرة في مبيعات منتجات HVAC (يفضل الملفات / المبادلات الحرارية / مكونات وحدات معالجة الهواء).
فهم قوي لدورات التبريد، واختيار الملفات، ومفاهيم حمل HVAC.
يفضل تجربة العمل مع المستشارين والمقاولين في المملكة العربية السعودية.
يفضل وجود رخصة قيادة سعودية سارية.
