About the Role

MEMF Electrical Industries Co., the industrial arm of KFB Holding Group, is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position supports the company's mission to provide locally engineered, high-quality electrical products for Saudi Arabia's power infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain salary structures, grading systems, job levels, and compensation frameworks.
• Conduct compensation and benefits benchmarking studies to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
• Participate in organizational structure reviews and workforce planning initiatives.
• Prepare and analyze HR metrics, reports, dashboards, and workforce data using advanced Excel tools.
• Coordinate annual salary reviews, promotions, and incentive programs.
• Conduct job analysis and job evaluation exercises and maintain accurate job descriptions.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in HR projects related to organizational development, employee engagement, and process improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably within industrial or manufacturing companies.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and dashboard preparation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
