About the Sales Specialist Role

Integrated Solutions Tawantech is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join a growing real estate team. This full-time position requires 0-1 years of experience. The Sales Specialist will be instrumental in generating leads, cultivating client relationships, presenting property investment opportunities, and finalizing sales transactions to meet revenue targets while ensuring a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
  • Engage with prospective buyers and investors to understand their needs and recommend suitable properties.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and follow up regularly to maximize conversions.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients while ensuring a smooth sales process.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property inventory, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to support sales initiatives and customer satisfaction.

Experience and Qualifications
