ضمان تطبيق السياسات والإجراءات الداخلية بما يتماشى مع النظام.

متطلبات الوظيفة:
سعودي الجنسية فقط.
من سكان منطقة الرياض.
يمتلك سيارة خاصة.
حاصل على شهادة جامعية في مجال الموارد البشرية أو ما يعادلها.
إجادة استخدام برامج MS Office.

نبحث عن أخصائي موارد بشرية يمتلك خبرة عملية في بيئة الشركات التقنية لإدارة وتنفيذ جميع أنشطة الموارد البشرية. سيكون المرشح مسؤولًا عن تطوير وتنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات الموارد البشرية، إدارة عمليات التوظيف، متابعة أنظمة الأداء، وضمان الامتثال لأنظمة العمل واللوائح السعودية عبر المنصات الحكومية.

🎯 المهام والمسؤوليات:

  • إدارة عمليات التوظيف الكاملة (إعلان، فرز، مقابلات، عروض وظيفية).

  • الإشراف على عمليات الموارد البشرية اليومية مثل: الحضور والانصراف، العقود، الترقيات، وإنهاء الخدمات.

  • متابعة التعامل مع المنصات الحكومية (قوى، مدد، التأمينات الاجتماعية، مقيم، تمهير، إلخ).

  • إعداد وتحديث السياسات والإجراءات بما يتماشى مع أنظمة وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية.

  • إدارة أنظمة الموارد البشرية الرقمية (HRMS/HRIS) واستخدام أدوات التوظيف الحديثة.

  • دعم الموظفين والإدارة في جميع قضايا الموارد البشرية لضمان بيئة عمل احترافية.

  • إعداد تقارير الموارد البشرية الدورية (معدلات دوران، توظيف، غياب، إلخ).

  • ضمان الالتزام بلوائح العمل والأنظمة السعودية.

🛠 المتطلبات:

  • خبرة عملية لا تقل عن

    إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثًا).

  • معرفة عملية بأنظمة الموارد البشرية الرقمية وأدوات التوظيف.

  • خبرة عملية في التعامل مع المنصات الحكومية السعودية (قوى، مدد، التأمينات، إلخ).

  • مهارات تواصل قوية والقدرة على التعامل مع مختلف المستويات الوظيفية.

🎓 المؤهلات والشهادات:

  • بكالوريوس في إدارة الموارد البشرية، إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة.

  • شهادات احترافية معتمدة مثل:

    • CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development).

    • SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management).

    • PHR/SPHR (Professional in Human Resources).

  • يفضل شهادة في إدارة الموارد البشرية الرقمية أو أنظمة HRMS/HRIS.

About the Role:
PropsBox is looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our growing team. If you're passionate about people, processes, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes — this role is for you. You’ll be the go-to person for HR operations and must have hands-on experience with Saudi government platforms.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and employee records.
  • Handle government platforms like Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, and Absher.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal policies.
  • Maintain and update HR documentation and policies.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and support organizational culture.
  • Support performance reviews and HR-related documentation.
  • Work closely with Finance and other departments for payroll coordination.

Requirements:
  • Saudi National (mandatory)
