As part of Nestlé Waters, a global leader in bottled water, you will play a crucial role in our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate sales activities, support sales goals, and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales activities and support the sales team in achieving their targets.
- Prepare sales reports, track performance, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Process sales orders and ensure timely follow-up with customers and internal departments.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order fulfillment.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to products, orders, and services.
- Support sales team in planning and organizing sales activities.
- Monitor sales performance and report market insights to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in the beverage sector.
- Excellent command of Arabic and English.
