About the Role: The Executive Secretary at Al Bawani will provide high-level administrative and executive support to senior management, ensuring efficient office operations and the professional handling of all executive-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive & Administrative Support: Manage daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements; prepare and organize correspondence, reports, and meeting materials; draft formal communications.
Coordination & Communication: Act as a liaison between the executive office and internal departments; coordinate with external partners and clients; manage communications with confidentiality.
Meeting & Event Management: Arrange executive meetings and conferences; record meeting minutes; support the preparation of agendas and presentations.
Record & Documentation Control: Maintain organized filing systems; ensure proper archiving; monitor correspondence logs.
Office & Logistical Support: Oversee office supplies and equipment requests; support special projects assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5–8 years of experience as an executive secretary or in senior administrative support.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform secretarial duties to relieve the General Manager of routine tasks.
Type minutes, letters, reports, and other correspondence.
Take dictations and transcribe minutes of meetings.
Screen and arrange appointments and calls for the General Manager.
Maintain filing systems for correspondence and reports.
Manage office supplies and ensure cleanliness in the executive office.

Qualifications:

A degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Experience as an executive secretary or in a similar administrative role, preferably in hospitality.
Proficiency in office software and strong communication skills.
