Position Title: Business Analyst
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Type: Contract (6-10 Months, Likely to be extended)
Nationality: Saudi

ABOUT THE ROLE / ROLE OVERVIEW
The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering business requirements and documentation activities for procurement-related initiatives, while engaging with governmental entities. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to contribute to requirements gathering sessions, and translate business needs into clear documentation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for procurement-related initiatives.
  • Participate and support requirements gathering by meeting with governmental entities and internal stakeholders.
  • Support analysis of procurement processes in alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
  • Review, validate, and maintain requirements documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure alignment of deliverables with public sector standards, policies, and processes.

Requirements
Education / Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience
  • 3–4 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Good understanding of procurement processes and related business workflows.
  • Experience in the public sector is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SAP MM, SAP Ariba, or SAP SRM is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and/or SAP Activate framework is a plus.

  • تحويل المتطلبات إلى وثائق دقيقة تتضمن BRD وFRD.
  • التعاون مع الفرق التقنية لضمان التنفيذ الدقيق للحلول.
  • دعم دورة حياة تطوير البرمجيات من التحليل حتى الإطلاق.
  • إجراء تحليلات الفجوات ودراسات الجدوى.
  • تنظيم وإدارة ورش العمل والعروض التقديمية.

المتطلبات
  • درجة البكالوريوس في نظم المعلومات أو الهندسة أو ما يعادلها.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في تحليل الأعمال التقنية.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتحليل.
  • إجادة أدوات مثل Microsoft Excel وPower BI.
