In the Orthopedic Division, you will manage and grow a designated market segment and product lines while aligning with our overall company strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage annual budgets in collaboration with the Business Unit sales manager.
- Create business forecasts and pricing proposals based on market analysis.
- Monitor revenue against annual plans and make strategic adjustments as needed.
- Develop and implement successful marketing strategies for the division.
- Lead KOL development plans and new product launches.
- Create and execute key account focus plans, ensuring business objectives are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in life sciences.
- Minimum of 5 years in Medical Devices sales & marketing, with a focus on Orthopedics, especially in Knee and Hip and/or Trauma.
- Experience in the Middle East market, preferably within GCC countries.
- In-house product management and product marketing experience is essential.
