- Handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records.
- Following up on unresolved inquiries.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Contact Centers.
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal interaction.
- Problem-solving skills with an ability to stay composed in challenging situations.
- Previous relevant experience.
