Eligibility Requirements

Prior Program Participation: You cannot have previously participated in the Tamheer program.
Education: You need a diploma degree from a technical, health, or administrative institute, or a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university.
You must be a Saudi.
Not registered in GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance) for the last 6 months.
Registration: You must be registered on the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) website.

المتطلبات:

المواطنون السعوديون فقط
مهارات تواصل قوية
إجادة كل من العربية والإنجليزية
إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office
يجب أن يكون مؤهلاً لبرنامج تمهير (تحقق من الأهلية على بوابة صندوق تنمية الموارد البشرية)

Join Laverne Group as a Human Resources Coordinator!

As a key player in our HR department, you will support daily operations by coordinating recruitment activities and ensuring the smooth onboarding of new employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Employment Contracts & Onboarding: Prepare, review, and ensure all employment contracts are compliant with labor laws, coordinating onboarding processes.
Recruitment Support: Schedule interviews, post job vacancies, and manage candidate databases, preparing job offers and rejection letters.
Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate employee files, ensuring compliance with policies and generating periodic reports.
Training and Development Coordination: Organize training sessions, track participation, and evaluate training effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment contract best practices.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
Fluency in English is essential.
