• Reception and Welcome: Welcoming customers in a manner that reflects the elegance of the brand.

• Sales Consultations: Explaining types of chocolates and fillings and assisting customers in selecting and arranging gifts.

• Display and Organization: Ensuring that chocolates are arranged and displayed attractively on the shelves continuously.

• Follow-up: Managing order delivery schedules and ensuring customer satisfaction with the service.

• Completing Sales: Dealing with the cashier system, processing payments, and issuing invoices accurately.
