We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to support our executive management team with essential administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive information professionally.
  • Coordinate communication between management and internal/external parties.
  • Organize files, records, and administrative processes efficiently.
  • Support executive management with daily administrative tasks.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Professional appearance and ability to work under pressure.
