Join Hilton as a Pastry Chef!
We are seeking a talented Pastry Chef to operate the pastry section of our kitchen at DoubleTree by Hilton Madinah Gate, delivering exceptional Guest and Member experiences. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Executive Chef and Sous Chef on planning production and developing seasonal offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in running the pastry section of the kitchen
  • Ensure excellent quality of dessert offerings
  • Bring creativity to pastry offerings
  • Supervise and coordinate all pastry and dessert preparation and presentation
  • Plan production to meet daily requirements
  • Develop seasonal menu offerings
  • Manage food costs to contribute to Food and Beverage revenue
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety regulations

What We Are Looking For:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • A minimum of 2 years experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or Pastry Chef with high volume food production
  • Creativity in pastry
  • Strong supervisory skills
  • A relevant trade qualification
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Commitment to high-level customer service
  • Excellent grooming standards and planning skills
  • Dedication to exceptional service and continuous improvement

Work Schedule:
