Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the cafés to ensure seamless workflow.
- Develop and monitor operational plans to meet business objectives.
- Manage staff, including recruitment, training, evaluation, and motivation.
- Ensure product quality and safety compliance.
- Track financial performance and control costs to improve profitability.
- Coordinate across departments for optimal integration of workflow.
