• Monitor financial performance and conduct regular analysis.

• Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and financial management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is advantageous.
