 Executive Secretary Required (with Basic Graphic Design Skills)

Jo Company announces its need for an Executive Secretary who has knowledge of the basics of graphic design and working on ERP systems, to work full-time.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Managing and organizing the General Manager's schedule and daily meeting follow-up

• Coordinating official correspondence (Email - WhatsApp - Letters)
\n
• Preparing meeting minutes and executive reports
\n
• Following up on tasks with departments and ensuring their timely execution
\n
• Organizing files, contracts, and administrative documents
\n
• Data entry and updates in the ERP system accurately and regularly
\n
• Following up on work orders, invoices, and reports through the system
\n
• Supporting management in operational tasks and internal coordination
\n
• Executing simple designs when needed (Social Media, Presentations, Documents)
\n
• Requirements:

• Experience in secretarial or office management
\n
• Knowledge of the basics of graphic design
\n
• Familiarity with design programs such as Photoshop or Illustrator (Basics)
\n
• Ability to work on ERP systems and enter data accurately
\n
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
