Join Lucid Motors as an IT Helpdesk Technician

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
  • Assist in onboarding processes and handle user account management.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to maintain standardized configurations and support requests.
  • Monitor and address network connectivity issues and security incidents.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in corporate settings.
  • Familiarity with ITSM, ITIL processes, and ticketing systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, networking, and security systems.
