• Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Butler related services to maintain customer service standards.
  • Manage shifts ensuring efficient Butler service to guests.
  • Assist in training and developing butlers for performance excellence.
  • Be hands-on with daily operations of the Butler Department.
  • Provide food and beverage service, and maintain suite inventories.
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service to guests and team.
  • Facilitate communication across departments for operational needs.
  • Handle guest enquiries and escalate complaints if necessary.
  • Maintain an accurate guest history database.
• Qualifications:
  • Previous leadership experience required.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows applications preferred.
  • University/College degree in related discipline is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work cohesively within a team.
  • Focus on guest needs with calmness and courtesy.
