As a Reservations Agent at Hilton, you will be the main contact for room reservations, providing exceptional service that influences guests’ decisions to stay at our hotel. Your role will involve converting inquiries into contracted business and responding positively to sales inquiries to develop future sales leads.

• Respond to all customers professionally and ensure reservations are accurately completed.
• Provide prompt and efficient service while adhering to the hotel's brand standards.

What We Are Looking For:
You should have a passion for delivering great customer service, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities. Intermediate computer proficiency is required. Previous experience in a Reservations environment and tertiary qualifications would be advantageous.
