Role Responsibilities:
  • Add new customers and maintain relationships with existing ones.
  • Prepare quotes and follow up to convert them into orders.
  • Survey the market to generate more leads.

Role Purpose:
  • Achieve business targets and enhance profitability.
  • Build a healthy pipeline to ensure more business bookings.
  • Work on strategic accounts to help close large-scale projects.

Minimum Requirements:
  • This role is exclusively for Saudi Nationals.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of HVAC project sales experience in Saudi Arabia.
  • Experience in product sales and contract sales.
  • Proven track record of sales achievements and a good market network.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
  • Excellent communication skills.

About the Role
** Air Conditioning LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consulting Engineer - HVAC Applied Sales to strengthen our consulting sales operations in Jeddah. The role involves promoting SKM’s applied HVAC product range among consultants, developers, and key decision-makers, ensuring product specification and approval during the design stage, and driving the consulting sales strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote SKM Applied products to consultants, project developers, and end users.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product training sessions for consultants and key stakeholders.
  • Lead consulting sales initiatives and manage consultant relationships across the Jeddah region.
  • Prepare and maintain a focus list of consultants and ensure consistent follow-up to secure project listings.
  • Support consultants during the design phase to ensure SKM products are specified in project documents.
  • Coordinate with Area Managers and Consulting Sales Manager on listing, approvals, and business development plans.
  • Achieve listing and specification targets in assigned markets while ensuring alignment with overall sales strategy.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in the HVAC industry, preferably with leading international brands.
  • Strong technical and application knowledge of applied HVAC systems and industry standards.
  • Proven consulting sales experience and solid network with consultants in the Jeddah region.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to lead, organize, and manage consulting sales activities with a focus on achieving results.
