مسؤولياتك:
  • تقديم خدمة استثنائية وودية للضيوف
  • زيادة الإيرادات من خلال البيع الإضافي وتوصية مرافق الملكية
  • معالجة طلبات حجز الغرف بدقة وكفاءة
  • تحديث وصيانة معلومات نظام الحجز
المؤهلات:
  • 1-2 سنوات من الخبرة في الفنادق الفاخرة
  • شخصية تركز على الضيوف
  • الخبرة مع أوبرا أو أنظمة مماثلة تعتبر ميزة
  • مهارات قوية في التعامل مع الأشخاص وحل المشكلات
  • الطلاقة في الإنجليزية؛ اللغات الإضافية تعتبر ميزة

Additional Information

  • Understand the relationship between the Reservations department and other hotel departments.
