We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Officer to join our team in the retail sector. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that all warehouse and store operations comply with safety and quality standards while supporting ongoing improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor warehouse and store operations to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Inspect products and materials for defects, deviations, or compliance issues.
• Document and address non-conformances in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Support process improvements to enhance quality and safety practices.
