Join Al Makan for Elevators as a Customer Services Specialist!
We are seeking a professional and friendly individual to welcome our customers and visitors, providing top-notch service and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and messages, directing them to the appropriate parties.
  • Follow up on customer requests (both new and existing) and update their status.
  • Organize and maintain customer and request data in Excel files.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management regarding customer interactions.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and sales teams as needed.
  • Monitor social media accounts and respond to general inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments and visits as required.
  • Assist management with basic administrative tasks when needed.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in reception or customer service (preferably in a technical/engineering field).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic (knowledge of English is an added advantage).
  • Polite, organized personality capable of professional customer interactions.
  • Able to work as part of a team and handle work pressure effectively.
