As an Optician at Osan®, you will be responsible for assisting customers, conducting eye examinations, and ensuring a high standard of service. Your role will involve helping clients choose eyewear that meets their needs and preferences, performing adjustments, and addressing customer concerns professionally. Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting eyewear that best suits their individual needs and preferences.

Qualifications and Requirements

Must be a Saudi national.

Demonstrate excellent customer service skills with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction.
Exhibit a keen attention to detail.
Possess strong interpersonal communication skills.

Prior experience in the optometry field or a related role is preferred.
Fluency in both Arabic and English is considered an advantage.

Lead, mentor, and evaluate educational leadership and instructional staff, fostering their professional growth and performance.
Ensure the effective development, implementation, and monitoring of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for all students.
Establish systems for measuring student progress, evaluating educational outcomes, and assessing overall program effectiveness.
Collaborate with clinical, behavioral, and administrative teams to ensure seamless and integrated service delivery for students.
Develop and implement comprehensive educational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and professional development for educational staff.
Monitor key educational performance indicators and implement continuous improvement plans.
Maintain compliance with all applicable educational regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational requirements.
Engage with families, stakeholders, and community partners to advocate for and support student success.

Qualifications and Requirements

Master’s degree in Special Education, a related specialty, or Human Development.
A minimum of five (5) years of management experience in multidisciplinary educational support settings and/or administration.
Possession of an Educator's certificate in Special Education, School Psychology, or Guidance and Counseling.
Strong knowledge of special education practices, curriculum development methodologies, educational assessment techniques, and instructional leadership principles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Fluency in English is required.
