As an Optician at Osan®, you will be responsible for assisting customers, conducting eye examinations, and ensuring a high standard of service. Your role will involve helping clients choose eyewear that meets their needs and preferences, performing adjustments, and addressing customer concerns professionally. A strong understanding of optics and a commitment to Osan®'s standards of excellence are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction.

  • Prior experience in the optometry field or a related role is preferred.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is considered an advantage.

  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate educational leadership and instructional staff, fostering their professional growth and performance.
  • Ensure the effective development, implementation, and monitoring of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for all students.
  • Establish systems for measuring student progress, evaluating educational outcomes, and assessing overall program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with clinical, behavioral, and administrative teams to ensure seamless and integrated service delivery for students.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive educational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and professional development for educational staff.
  • Monitor key educational performance indicators and implement continuous improvement plans.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable educational regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational requirements.
  • Engage with families, stakeholders, and community partners to advocate for and support student success.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Special Education, a related specialty, or Human Development.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of management experience in multidisciplinary educational support settings and/or administration.
  • Possession of an Educator's certificate in Special Education, School Psychology, or Guidance and Counseling.
  • Strong knowledge of special education practices, curriculum development methodologies, educational assessment techniques, and instructional leadership principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English is required.
